What You Bring to the Table: Essential Qualifications: · Staff Development FUNCTION. · Plan an organized system of training to assist in maintaining overall staff competence to maintain individualized safety, quality of care. · Plans and implements in-service programs for the development and improvement of the skills of facility personnel using a variety of teaching methods, presentations, materials and resources to meet the learner's needs. · Continually assess and evaluate staff learning throughout the orientation process for modification in various teaching methods. · Attends scheduled corporate staff development and infection control meetings. · Plans and implements nurse aide training program in accordance with state and federal requirements.
