    Now Hiring: Staff Development Coordinator (LPN Required)
    Karcher Post Acute

    Karcher Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and motivated Staff Development Coordinator (LPN) to join our team. We take pride in being a supportive, collaborative, and rewarding place to work where both residents and staff thrive.

    Compensation:

    • $30–$45 per hour (based on experience)

    Position Overview:
    The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training and educational programs to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and deliver staff orientation and ongoing education programs
    • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company training requirements
    • Maintain accurate training records and documentation
    • Support infection control education and competency validation
    • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and improve staff performance
    • Assist with audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives

    Qualifications:

    • Active LPN license in good standing
    • Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and staff development
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in long-term care
