Position Overview

A leading nonprofit Level I Trauma Center is seeking an experienced Pediatric CVOR Registered Nurse to join its high-acuity surgical team.

The hospital features 24 operating rooms, including dedicated pediatric, trauma, robotic, and minimally invasive suites. This is an exciting opportunity to support complex pediatric cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for pediatric cardiac patients

• Circulate and coordinate complex cardiovascular procedures

• Prepare surgical equipment, supplies, and instrumentation

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain patient safety and sterile technique

• Respond to urgent and emergent surgical needs

Requirements

• Active Arizona RN license or eligibility

• Pediatric CVOR experience strongly preferred

• Strong perioperative nursing and clinical assessment skills

• Ability to manage high-acuity surgical cases

• Willingness to participate in required on-call coverage
