# Staff Care Program Director

Location: Golden, CO (Preferred) Hours: Full-time

## Position Mission Staff Care provides world-class investment in its people by providing care, counsel, and resources to help staff flourish as individuals and in their roles.

The Staff Care Program Director is responsible for completing projects to support the Staff Care team and specifically the Director of Mental Health and Suitability. They will take particular ownership of Suitability systems and support, background checks, and administrative upkeep of Staff Care Staff Site Pages. They will engage in deputized fundraising and is expected to fundraise their salary.

## Position Responsibilities

  • Keep Staff Care Site pages up to date with particular ownership of the mental health pages and Counselors Database.
  • Lead communication efforts around mental health resources.
  • Provide administrative, operational, and logistical support for various Suitability and Mental Health projects and for the Director as assigned.
  • Maintain and upkeep Suitability systems.
  • Coordinate with Recruitment team.
  • Manage Background check processes.

## Qualifications

  • Previous FOCUS experience.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Computer proficiency.

## Compensation & Benefits For this role, we anticipate paying $40,000 - $72,000/year. This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.
