Job DescriptionJoin Our Team at the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.).Job Title: Staff AttorneyReports To: Senior Managing CounselGroup: Member LegalLocation: Flexible (Hybrid/Remote Opportunities)Compensation Range: $90,000 to $105,000 annuallyStatus: Full-Time, ExemptBenefits: Competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement plan, PTO, and more!What You'll Be DoingProvide personal legal consultation: legal advice and counsel in response to member written and telephone inquiries; minimum of 26 calls per day.Develop, draft, and/or edit educational materials and communications for distribution to association members.Provide legal articles and other legal materials for website content in the legal section.Fulfill legal research project assignments.Provide legal outreach presentations.Assist the C.A.R.
