The Staff Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Radiology Department by coordinating reporting, payroll and timekeeping processes, financial and budget-related activities, database management, and departmental communications. This role is responsible for the preparation and distribution of operational, financial, compliance, and statistical reports; maintenance of departmental records and systems; coordination of vendor invoices, traveler staffing administration, and supply ordering; and support of leadership with budgeting, special projects, scheduling, recruitment, and staff development activities. The Staff Assistant serves as a key resource for departmental personnel, ensuring accurate data management, efficient workflow processes, excellent customer service, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Prepare, analyze, and distribute departmental reports, statistics, budgets, and financial documentation. Maintain departmental databases, records, contracts, and compliance-related tracking systems. Coordinate UKG timekeeping administration, employee record maintenance, and staff communication processes. Manage traveler staffing administration, invoicing, vendor payments, and supply procurement activities. Provide administrative support to Radiology leadership, including scheduling, recruitment coordination, meeting support, and special projects. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service. Support departmental quality, safety, confidentiality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned to support the goals of the Radiology Department and AnMed. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Must have excellent organizational, prioritization, time management, and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships. Must be proficient with MS Office suite. Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree preferred. Healthcare experience preferred.
