Staff Analog IC Designer to lead the architecture, design, and production of advanced Power Management ICs. This role will drive the development of scalable solutions for datacenter processor power. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in power conversion topologies, control theory, and silicon-proven designs in high-volume environments. Key Responsibilities: Architect and design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal IC blocks (e.g., Power FETs, drivers, amplifiers, LDOs, bandgaps) Define top-level specifications in collaboration with system architects and product teams. Perform transistor-level design, simulation, and verification across PVT corners using industry-standard EDA tools. Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure robust, high-performance physical implementation Ensure designs meet performance, power, area, yield, reliability, and manufacturability targets. Drive design reviews, debug silicon issues, and implement design improvements Interface with cross-functional teams including digital, layout, packaging, test, and product engineering.
