Staff Accountant - Agribusiness

Our client is a well-established CPA firm located in Orange County with a diverse portfolio of clients in various industries including but not limited to: Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction/Real Estate, Non-Profit.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with seniors, managers and/or partners on various projects
• Apply basic knowledge of business functions, processes and strategies
• Prepare financial statements with disclosures
• Prepare federal and state tax returns
• Develop self-learning and problem solving skills
• Involvement in marketing events/community service projects as appropriate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA candidate preferred
• Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational techniques
• Highly motivated
• Eager to learn
• Integrity and Confidentiality
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
