KI, the trusted furniture market resource, has an opening for a Staff Accountant at its Corporate office in Green Bay, WI. In this role, special emphasis will be placed on monitoring and reporting on the financial results of KI's manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include:
Performing general operational support tasks, including reconciliation and reportingManaging financial processes including inventory valuation and standard cost maintenanceExecuting month-end close activities and preparing various financial reportsConducting analysis and reporting of manufacturing operations, including labor, overhead, freight costs, and product gross marginsUtilizing business insight to impact, influence, and support business partners across the organization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in AccountingMinimum of 1-3 years of accounting experienceStrong proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel), accounting software (MRP/ERP), query and data analysis tools, including PowerBIAbility to communicate at various levels within the organizationStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlinesAn aptitude for critical, strategic, and creative thinking
