About the Role
Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their services team in Dallas, TX to play a vital role in supporting high-net-worth clients and internal wealth management teams. The successful candidate will process client cash and accounting activity, reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and manage various client administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal accounts and financial records for clients.
- Prepare and review financial reports, account statements, invoices, and vouchers for accuracy.
- Monitor client cash balances to ensure sufficiency for accounts payable.
- Reconcile general ledgers, bank statements, and investment accounts.
- Coordinate with accounts payable specialists to process payments and track approvals.
- Prepare monthly cash flow reports and assist with client payroll processing and reporting.
- Support tax reporting, including the preparation of 1099s and W-2s.
- Assist with special projects, such as audits or detailed client information requests.
- Maintain and update client files with accurate financial and transactional records.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience with Financial Reporting is highly desired
- Knowledge of GAAP and Tax/Cash basis accounting principles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office programs preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with payroll processing and taxation is a plus.
