Our Staff accountant is the primary driver of accurate financial reporting. Ensuring all transactions are entered correctly and timely. They need to be able to communicate what they see the numbers are saying, avoding the numbers are the numbers mindset. Analyze past activity and forecast what that may mean for future activity. Maintain confidentiality where necessary.
Able to work with Quickbooks desktop, understand foreign currency tranactions. Work with other management staff to forecast inventory needs. Monthly reconciliation of general ledger acounts as needed.
Experience not just in using accounting software but what the software is doing in the background. Able to review a Trial Balance and see what doesn't look right. Understands inter company transactions
