Staff Accountant | North Palm Beach | Hybrid 

A high-growth health and longevity company is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their growing Finance team and report directly to the Controller. This role will support month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives while partnering cross-functionally with IT, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Schedule: Onsite 2 days/week 
Compensation: $80,000-95,000 + bonus 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close
• Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital tracking
• Partner with cross-functional teams on ERP and process improvements
• Support audits and other projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills and experience with an ERP system
• Solid understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Business Central, SAP, or Oracle is a plus
