Staff Accountant

Dayton, OH | 100% Onsite

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Process customer and vendor invoicing activities
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and payment applications
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close activities
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
• Collaborate with multiple departments across the organization
• Assist with account reconciliations and general accounting initiatives

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 1-2 years of accounting experience or relevant accounting internships
• Solid understanding of journal entries and accounting fundamentals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
