Salary: $65,000 to $750,000

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• 
  
• Perform account reconciliations and support account cleanup efforts.
• 
  
• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
• 
  
• Review invoices and assist with accounts payable activities.
• 
  
• Process cash transactions, ACH activity, and customer payment postings.
• 
  
• Support daily positive pay approvals and cash management functions.
• 
  
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial statement preparation.
• 
  

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience considered
• 
  
• Strong account reconciliation experience required.
•
