    Schedule: Weekdays | On-site

As a Staff Accountant, you'll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity across multiple entities while working closely with senior leadership.

    What you'll do

    • manage accounts payable processes including invoice review, coding and payment processing
    • ensure invoices are properly authorized and aligned with purchasing policies
    • maintain accurate financial records and support general ledger integrity
    • assist with fixed asset tracking, depreciation and related journal entries
    • support month-end close activities and prepare reports for leadership
    • research and resolve discrepancies, billing issues and documentation concerns
    • collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely transactions
    • assist with financial analysis and reporting for community leadership
    • provide backup support for check runs and other accounting functions
    • contribute to process improvements and special projects as assigned

    What you'll bring

    • bachelor's degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience
    • 4+ years of accounting experience, including accounts payable and general ledger exposure
    • understanding of basic accounting principles, financial processes and controls
    • experience working with accounting systems and Excel
    • strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
    • critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • ability to communicate effectively across teams and levels of the organization
    • commitment to accuracy, confidentiality and accountability
