About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join Ghost''s Finance & Accounting team at a pivotal stage of growth. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, you will own core day-to-day accounting operations for a high-velocity, inventory-intensive marketplace: accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, month-end close deliverables, and inventory accounting support.
This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership from day one. You will work directly with the Director of Accounting as Ghost builds durable accounting systems, prepares for its first external financial audit, and scales its reporting infrastructure. This is an opportunity to take on increasing responsibility across the full accounting function inside a venture-backed company.

This role will be based in our LA office. Our total compensation for this position can range from $80,000 -100,000 base salary + equity. The actual amounts may vary based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the position.
