Salary: $60,000 – $75,000

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial records
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Assist with audits and tax preparation as needed
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, or other accounting software
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
