Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented organization to identify a Staff Accountant. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build a strong accounting foundation in a structured, team-driven environment with clear advancement opportunities. The role offers hands-on exposure to core accounting functions, strong mentorship, and a defined pathway for professional growth.

Primary responsibilities include:
• Support day-to-day accounting operations including billing, cash applications, and account maintenance
• Perform reconciliations and analyze discrepancies across various accounts
• Assist with monthly close activities, reporting, and financial data validation
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits, budgets, and special projects
• Maintain accurate financial records and contribute to process improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or relevant experience)
• 0-3+ years of accounting or finance experience, including internships
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets and perform reconciliations
• Exposure to ERP systems or accounting software preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Team-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset
