Compensation:
Pay Range:$65,000-$70,000 Per Year

Description
Join our dynamic finance team in Houston, TX as a full-time Staff Accountant. 
This role involves managing financial records and processes, utilizing advanced technology to enhance efficiency. 
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in accounting and experience with modern accounting technologies.
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
Support the preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Utilize enterprise resource planning systems for transaction processing and reporting.
Leverage technology tools for automating routine accounting tasks.
Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy.
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial records and reconciliations.
Assist in financial close processes.
Support financial statement preparation.
Utilize ERP systems for data processing and analysis.
Identify opportunities for workflow improvements using digital tools.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems.
Familiarity with AI tools used in finance.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
