Staff Accountant

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 + Project Bonus
Location: Golden, CO
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 Days In Office

What You’ll Do as a Staff Accountant:

• Own full-cycle AP and AR, including vendor invoices, GL coding, billing, payments, and collections
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger activity
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and financial statement preparation
• Maintain project budgets, track change orders, and perform variance analysis
• Assist with capital calls, investor reporting, audits, compliance reporting, and 1099s
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes

What We’re Looking for in a Staff Accountant:

• Accounting or related degree preferred
• Experience with full-cycle accounting and general ledger functions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a growing, hands-on environment
• QuickBooks Online experience is a plus
