LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing Oklahoma City, OK organization in the financial services industry who is adding a Staff Accountant to the team due to recent growth. This is a newly created role offering strong visibility, hands-on experience, and clear advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Maintain and analyze general ledger activity
Support preparation of financial reports and analysis
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Assist with process improvements and special projects as needed
Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
0-2 years of relevant accounting experience (internships welcome)
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
