Reporting to the Controller, the Staff Accountant will perform a wide variety of accounting duties in the manufacturing environment. The candidate will need to be a team player who is focused, dedicated, and has a desire to learn. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support month-end close process and annual external audits.
- Prepare revenue recognition analysis.
- Prepare journal entries on a monthly basis.
- Analyze and prepare account reconciliations including Inter-company balancing.
- Capital expenditure tracking, analysis and depreciation schedule.
- Support inventory review and billing interface reconciliation.
- Ownership of AP processes and serve as liaison between all parties.
- Reconcile credit card statements with supporting documents.
- Work closely and effectively with multiple levels of the organization.
- Compile complex reports using Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX.
- ADHOC reporting.
- Perform other duties as requested.
