This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong accounting fundamentals who enjoys balancing day-to-day accounting responsibilities with month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close processes
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Support fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules
Produce and analyze financial reports
Assist with audit preparation and documentation
Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Leverage Excel to analyze data and improve reporting efficiency
What We're Looking For:
️ 5+ years of accounting experience
️ Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or Sage
️ Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
️ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
️ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
️ Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
