Staff Accountant | Bellevue, WA
$80K-$85K
Join a growing construction organization where your accounting expertise will directly support project success and financial operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage project billings, invoicing and accounts receivable
- Process accounts payable, vendor invoices, and subcontractor compliance documentation
- Perform account reconciliations, general ledger entries, and job cost adjustments
- Support month-end and year-end close activities and financial reporting.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure accurate project setup, billing, and revenue tracking
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred and 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Construction accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with job costing, project billing, AP/AR, and account reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills required; Spectrum is a plus
- Ability to wear many hats and work in a collaborative environment
