Staff Accountant - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and roll-forward schedules.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes and consolidated financial reporting.
- Assist with accounting for acquisitions, divestitures, reserves, treasury activity, and borrowings.
- Perform detailed financial analysis to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
- Support internal and external audit requests and maintain compliance with reconciliation policies.
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience required.
- CPA and/or public accounting experience preferred.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with AI-enabled accounting tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude preferred.
