Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Accounts Payable process as a Staff Accountant, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments.
• 
  
• Serve as the Staff Accountant responsible for administering the credit card platform, including expense report review, user setup, and card management.
• 
  
• Prepare journal entries and support financial reporting activities as a Staff Accountant.
• 
  
• Maintain strong attention to detail across recurring accounting activities and financial processes.

• Partner with the broader finance team to support day-to-day accounting functions.

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 
  
• Approximately 1 year of accounting experience, or relevant accounting internship experience.
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required for success as a Staff Accountant.
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• 
  
• Experience with ERP systems is helpful; Sage Intacct experience is a plus but not required.
•
