What You’ll Do

Support and help drive the month-end close process
- Focused in, but not limited to:
  - Reconciliations with banks, accounts receivable, accounts payable
  - Fixed asset maintenance
  - Debt & liability maintenance
  - Prepaids & accruals
  - Multi-entity allocation
Prepare financials and analyze performance across entities
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Partner with operations to understand the “why” behind the numbers
Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
1-4 years of experience
Solid GAAP knowledge
Strong Excel skills required; experience with Sage Intacct is a huge plus!
Detail-oriented, driven, and growth-minded
CPA or CPA-eligible preferred, not required
Multi-entity or service industry experience is a bonus!
