Stabilization Specialist - Full Time - Developmental Services - Bellows Falls

The pay for this position is $23-$25 per hour.

$750 sign-on bonus

Starting with 3 weeks of vacation and 1 week of personal time (pro-rated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year!

As a Stabilization Specialist, you will use your creativity and people skills to support individuals living with developmental disabilities to achieve their desired goals and grow their independence.

• Experience working with individuals with co-occurring autism and mental health challenges is critical.
• This position requires someone with willingness to tolerate potentially disturbing narratives and verbal threats while displaying an unbiased perspective, emotional resilience, empathy and patience.
• Flexibility, positive attitude, strong organizational and customer services skills;
• Desire to be part of an energetic team;
• Ability to collaborate with persons served, their families and/or other important people in their life, and colleagues in a team environment;
• A Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation; and
• A High school diploma or GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
