Description:
"6+ years of experience in SRE, Observability, Monitoring, or Platform Engineering.
Strong expertise in OpenTelemetry (OTEL), Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK.
Experience building monitoring dashboards, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions.
Hands-on experience with synthetic monitoring and proactive reliability engineering.
Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Shell scripting for automation and integrations.
Experience with Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Working knowledge of GCP Cloud Monitoring and cloud-native observability tools.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and incident management."
