Sr. Workday Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sr. Workday Developer with 8-10+ years of experience in Workday development and integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, PECI, PICOF, CCW, Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/XSLT, Workday Payroll, and custom reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Workday integrations.
• Develop and support EIB, CCW, PECI, PICOF, and Workday Cloud Connect integrations.
• Integrate Workday with third-party technologies and vendor systems.
• Develop and maintain Workday dashboards, applications, reports, and integrations.
• Work with Workday Web Services, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, XML, and XSLT transformations.
• Develop and maintain Workday Custom Reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
• Work with Workday Document Transformation and Object Transporter 2.0 (OT2).
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and Legal to understand business requirements and pain points.
• Contribute to HR data and analytics strategy and execution.
• Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Participate in knowledge-transfer sessions and create technical documentation/delivery collateral.

Required Experience:

• 8-10+ years of Workday development and integration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations, EIB, CCW, PECI, PICOF, and Cloud Connect.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and XML/XSLT transformations.
• Experience with Workday reporting and integration troubleshooting.
