JOB SUMMARY
Job Summary
The Senior Warehouse Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment (MHE) within a warehouse environment. This role supports receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping operations while ensuring compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures. The position requires extensive equipment operating experience, warehouse knowledge, and a strong commitment to safety, productivity, and teamwork.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Dock Stocker
Reach Truck
Order Picker
Forklifts
Hand trucks, dollies, and other material handling equipment
Load, unload, transport, and store products and materials throughout the facility.
Safely enter and exit trailers while handling materials.
Verify product quantities, part numbers, destinations, and shipment schedules using source documents and warehouse systems.
Assist with receiving, processing, storing, moving, and shipping inventory.
Operate packaging equipment such as weighing, banding, wrapping, and labeling machines.
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure personnel remain clear of equipment operating zones.
Support inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
Experience operating material handling equipment, including Dock Stocker, Reach Truck, and Order Picker.
Experience using:
Saws
Nail guns
Drills
Hands-on experience building pallets, skids, and crates.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and material flow processes.
Ability to read, write, and interpret work instructions, shipping documents, and inventory records.
Basic mathematical skills for inventory counts and measurements.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and warehouse management systems.
