What You'll Do:

• Be the go-to wealth management resource for advisors, helping them grow their business and better serve clients.
• Guide advisors on portfolio strategies, asset allocation, and investment solutions that drive long-term success.
• Research and evaluate investment products, mutual funds, and money managers to help shape our preferred offerings.
• Turn complex market and investment concepts into practical guidance advisors can use with confidence.
• Create and deliver engaging training programs that elevate advisor knowledge and effectiveness.
• Partner with teams across Wealth Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to support business growth.
• Build strong relationships with leading investment providers and external partners.
• Stay ahead of market trends and bring fresh insights to advisors and field leaders.
• Help develop sales strategies, educational resources, and tools that strengthen advisor performance.
• Make a meaningful impact on the growth and evolution of Farm Bureau Wealth Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and seven years of experience in wealth management, investments, mutual funds, or managed money programs.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 65/66 licenses required.
• Current Life & Health Insurance License required.
• Advanced industry designation such as CFP®, CFA®, ChFC®, or CLU® preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, advisory platforms, and financial planning strategies.
• Passion for coaching, educating, and helping advisors succeed.
• Skilled communicator who can simplify complex topics and connect with a variety of audiences.
• Relationship-builder with a collaborative mindset and strong business acumen.
• Self-driven, service-focused, and motivated by delivering exceptional advisor experiences.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
