Compensation: $50-$58/hr W2 only

Overview We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to support high-impact brand and paid media initiatives. This role is ideal for a designer who goes beyond execution—someone who can interpret business needs, synthesize creative direction, and proactively deliver thoughtful design solutions.
You'll work across marketing and creative teams to develop and evolve brand expressions, contribute to campaign development, and ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints. This role requires a strong foundation in 2D design principles and the ability to confidently communicate and defend design decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design of paid media campaigns and brand-driven creative across digital channels (social, web, display, etc.)
Contribute to the evolution and expansion of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual outputs
Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling visual solutions
Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and production teams to align on concepts and execution
Take ownership of projects from concept through delivery, managing timelines and deliverables independently
Present and articulate design rationale, providing clear recommendations and creative direction
Collaborate with the Photo/Video team to ensure cohesive campaign storytelling across mediums
Apply strong fundamentals in typography, color theory, and layout to create polished, high-quality designs
Maintain and uphold brand standards across all deliverables
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience in visual/graphic design within a corporate, in-house, or agency environment
Strong portfolio showcasing static 2D design work, including paid media and brand systems
Proven experience contributing to or building brand guidelines / design systems
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Experience working on paid media campaigns and performance-driven creative
Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders
Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of projects without heavy direction
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in motion design using Adobe After Effects
Familiarity with designing for different market segments (e.g., retail vs. luxury audiences)
Exposure to cross-channel campaigns including video, digital, and product marketing
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
