Job Title: Sr User Experience Designer

Duration: 18-Month Contract

Location: Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC / Raleigh, NC (ATL Preferred

Required Pay Scale: 70-73/hr on w2

• Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates*

Job Summary:

Project Details:

1. Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences.

2. Design and deliver visual design concepts and interactive prototypes across a variety of devices and interfaces.

3. Represent XD for UI design activities in cross-functional development team to create industry leading experiences

that deliver value to our clients, teammates and the business.

4. Apply design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices to ensure designs are usable and accessible.

5. Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.

Must Haves

1. BA/BS degree in Communication Design, Graphic/Computer Design, other related field or a minimum of 3 years of

relevant experience.

2. Experience in creating user experience designs that create a competitive advantage and experience in scientifically

measuring the effectiveness of those designs with end users.

3. Qualified in creating design artifacts such as high fidelity comps that apply brand guidelines and prototypes.

4. Strong communication skills. Comfortable presenting.

5. Demonstrated ability to influence product direction and design through a deep understanding of users.

6. Excels in a team environment.

Desired Skills

1. Experience working in Financial Services.

2. Advanced degree (MS or PhD) User Experience, Graphic Design, Web Design, Communication Design, other related

field or equivalent work experience.3.Some familiarirty with working in banking platforms (Commercial/Wholesale

backgrounds a plus)

4.Understand agile work environment
