Location: Jurupa Valley/Riverside, CA
Pay: $32-$34/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Process high-volume, full-cycle payroll with accuracy and confidence
Manage union payroll and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements
Prepare and submit certified payroll reports
Handle payroll across multiple states and entities
Complete union reporting and reconciliations
Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
Create payroll reports and analyze data using Excel
️ Union payroll experience (required)
️ Certified payroll experience (required)
️ Experience with union reporting
️ Multi-state and multi-entity payroll processing
️ High-volume payroll background
️ Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
️ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
