Responsibilities: for the Senior UI/UX Designer include: Lead UX research and discovery efforts while developing user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for complex applications Design responsive user interfaces, high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and reusable components for web-based applications, dashboards, and data-driven platforms Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, cloud, and technical teams to translate complex requirements and workflows into intuitive user-centered designs Conduct usability testing and design validation while incorporating user and stakeholder feedback to improve functionality, accessibility, and overall user experience Develop and maintain design specifications, prototypes, component libraries, and developer handoff documentation while supporting Section 508 and accessibility requirements Required Qualifications for the Senior UI/UX Designer include: 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, user experience design, human-centered design, digital product design, or related environments, with a Bachelor's degree required Demonstrated experience designing complex, data-intensive interfaces, dashboards, or enterprise applications Proficiency with UI/UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar technologies Experience working within Agile or SAFe environments and translating complex technical workflows into intuitive digital experiences Must have an Active Top Secret Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications for the Senior UI/UX Designer include: Experience designing cloud-based applications, data visualizations, dashboards, or other complex digital platforms Knowledge of Section 508, WCAG, accessibility testing, and accessible design practices Familiarity with HTML, CSS, front-end development concepts, and modern application architectures Experience supporting federal technology, modernization, or other secure technology environments Qualifications: for the Senior UI/UX Designer include: 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, user experience design, human-centered design, digital product design, or related environments, with a Bachelor's degree required Demonstrated experience designing complex, data-intensive interfaces, dashboards, or enterprise applications Proficiency with UI/UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar technologies Experience working within Agile or SAFe environments and translating complex technical workflows into intuitive digital experiences Must have an Active Top Secret Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications for the Senior UI/UX Designer include: Experience designing cloud-based applications, data visualizations, dashboards, or other complex digital platforms Knowledge of Section 508, WCAG, accessibility testing, and accessible design practices Familiarity with HTML, CSS, front-end development concepts, and modern application architectures Experience supporting federal technology, modernization, or other secure technology environments Compensation: for the Senior UI/UX Designer includes: Salary Range : Competitive salary depending on experience Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick Leave as Required by Law This job opens for applications on 10/19/2026.
