    About the role

    Based in Erlanger, KY, this position monitors product execution to our inbound destinations and ensures Gap Inc. shipments consistently meet established service requirements. The role is critical to the successful movement of Gap Inc.'s product from origin to destinations globally. You will deliver a high level of customer service and resolve delivery-related challenges, reported through multiple channels, including phone, email and internal systems. You will provide timely communication on disruptions and resolve through collaboration with our inbound operations, third-party providers, brand operations, and other internal logistics personnel. The hours for this position are 8am-4pm (Monday - Friday) and work is required from the office.

    What you'll do

    • Monitor product movement across multiple transportation modes to final delivery
    • Collaborate with other team members, as needed, to resolve service disruptions
    • Ensure communication of all delivery changes and/or updates to relevant business partners
    • Support brand specific initiatives and programs
    • Respond to data inquiries timely with accurate information

    Who you are

    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Professional Prescence in both written and verbal communication
    • Ability to work under pressure with a high sense of urgency and manage multiple priorities
    • Strong attention to detail and follow-up
    • Strong problem-solving, organizational, planning, and decision-making skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
    • Knowledge of supply chain helpful
