Sr Test Analyst (Banking, Data Validation, SQL)

Design Test Strategy, Test Plan, estimate and track testing efforts, develop, review, and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases based on functional requirements and banking business workflows. Actively participate in and coordinate defect triage, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and Testing teams to investigate, prioritize, and resolve defects.

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Sr Test Analyst (Banking, Data Validation, SQL) for their Alpharetta, GA/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
• Design Test Strategy, Test Plan, estimate and track testing efforts, develop, review, and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases based on functional requirements and banking business workflows.
• Actively participate in and coordinate defect triage, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and Testing teams to investigate, prioritize, and resolve defects.
• Perform defect retesting, regression validation, and root cause investigation to ensure quality fixes.
• Support test data preparation, test environment validation, and troubleshooting of testing dependencies.
• Coordinate day-to-day testing activities across offshore team members, ensuring execution of progress and timely completion
