Sr. Technician (Mechanical and Thermal Testing)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technician to execute battery cell and component-level stress and reliability testing in support of engineering test programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and install test setups in accordance with technical standards
• Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Prepare test samples, execute tests, and record/report results
• Perform mechanical testing including shock, compression, bending, tensile, and drop testing
• Perform controlled heating testing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with battery cell and component-level stress and reliability testing - shock, heating, impact
• Experience operating Instron testing equipment
