The Apple Wallet team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the strategy and execution of our analytics platform. This is not just about tracking metrics; it's about building the privacy-centric data foundation that enables us to understand and improve the services used by hundreds of millions of customers worldwide. Our TPMs operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence, driving large-scale, deeply technical, and cross-functional initiatives. Here, you will be the critical link between our engineering teams, data scientists, product managers, and executive leadership, ensuring we can answer our most complex business questions while upholding Apple's unwavering commitment to user privacy. If you have a passion for building robust data systems at substantial scale and want to work on a product that streamlines the way people live, we want to hear from you. **Description** Responsible for defining and driving the roadmap for Wallet Services analytics. Be at the center of our data-informed decision-making process, ensuring our initiatives are built on a foundation of secure, reliable and privacy-first data. **Minimum Qualifications** + 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management + 3+ years of experience supporting Data Engineering/Science. + Deep understanding of data engineering and analytics lifecycles, including business/data understanding, data prep and modeling, ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and business intelligence. + Hands-on experience with GenAI, leveraging LLMs for project, program and portfolio management automation, creation and research. + Experience across big data technologies, such as Splunk, Spark, Kafka, and data warehousing solutions like Snowflake or Teradata. + History of shipping complex, scalable, and reliable data platforms, high quality data products and analytics solutions. + Prior experience supporting key PPM areas, including stakeholder management, performance and quality management, risk and change management, governance and benefits realization management. + Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills; ability to influence and align teams from Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Legal, and Privacy without direct authority. + Mastery in navigating ambiguity. Ability to take a high-level business or product goal and translate it into a concrete, phased execution plan with clear technical requirements. + Highly effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for executive audiences. + Understand, influence, and manage data privacy principles. **Preferred Qualifications** + PMP, ACP, CSM, SAFe, PgMP, PfMP or equivalent certifications. + Payments industry, digital wallets, or large-scale e-commerce platforms. + Privacy-preserving technologies (e.g., differential privacy). + MS degree in Business Management, Data Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology.
