We are looking for a Technical Program Manager based in Arlington, Virginia, who can turn ambiguity into action and vision into shipped product. In this role, you will be the driving force behind some of Amazon"s most consequential infrastructure programs, aligning engineering teams across organizational boundaries, accelerating delivery on initiatives that touch every Amazonian, and partnering with AWS product leaders to bring next-generation capabilities to life. Your work won"t live in a roadmap. It will live in the tools millions of people rely on every single day.

Key job responsibilities

As a Technical Program Manager on the Amazon Enterprise Engineering team, you will be at the center of Amazon"s most critical infrastructure programs, driving delivery and making things happen at scale.

You will:

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple complex, high-stakes programs simultaneously, keeping teams focused, accountable, and moving fast toward meaningful outcomes
• Anticipate and mitigate risk by identifying bottlenecks early and driving strategies that keep programs on track and stakeholders informed
• Make hard tradeoffs with clarity by balancing business priorities against technical constraints and bringing stakeholders to alignment
• Provide technical leadership that ships by guiding how software applications are built and integrated into the AWS ecosystem
• Partner across organizations by aligning engineering, design, product, and business teams on solutions that serve both immediate goals and long-term roadmaps
• Influence without authority by earning trust across teams you don"t own and driving outcomes no single team could achieve alone

You bring a proven track record in cross-organizational technical program management, a deep technical foundation in building platforms at scale, and the instinct to know when to push, when to align, and when to let great teams do their best work.
