Job Description:
•Data Migration Technical Program Manager – Customer Master w/SOX Compliance.
•Lead end-to-end data migration programs specifically Customer Master(MDM) across legacy and target platforms, ensuring secure, accurate, and timely data transfer.
•Define migration strategy, plans, governance, cutover approach, validation checkpoints, and stakeholder reporting.
•Establish data accuracy controls including source-to-target mapping, record count validation, reconciliation, exception tracking, approval workflows, and audit evidence capture.
•Partner with business, technology, audit, compliance, and data teams to ensure SOX controls are embedded throughout the migration lifecycle.
•Ensure compliance with change management, access control, segregation of duties, logging, and documentation requirements.
•Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and executive communication while minimizing business disruption.
