    We are seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives within a SAFe Agile framework. This role will partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering leaders to ensure successful delivery of modernization projects to drive outcomes that improve stability, scalability, and client trust. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with technical fluency to guide teams through planning, execution, and delivery.     Position Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross functional initiatives from planning through execution and close.
    • Define clear scope, milestones, success metrics, and integrated delivery plans that align to business outcomes.
    • Proactively manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, dependencies, and change throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Ensure delivery commitments are met while maintaining transparency and accountability.
    • Oversee project financials, including forecasting, budgets, and ongoing reconciliation.
    • Partner with resource managers and leaders to plan capacity and ensure efficient utilization.
    • Support data driven decision-making through accurate reporting and insights.
    • Operate effectively within Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.
    • Partner closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Release Train Engineers to support Agile planning, execution, and milestones.
    • Adapt delivery approaches to balance traditional project management discipline with Agile practices.
    • Build strong, trusted relationships with business and technology partners at all levels, including senior leaders.
    • Communicate clearly and confidently, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
    • Facilitate problem solving, navigate ambiguity, and resolve conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
    • Coach and mentor team members, helping remove obstacles and foster a high performing, collaborative environment.
    • Remove execution roadblocks, align stakeholders, and foster accountability across cross‑functional teams
    • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights that drive informed decision‑making

    What you have

    Required Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of IT Project Management experience in enterprise environments leading medium to large, complex, cross functional initiatives in software development environments.
    • Proven success delivering technical development projects (Java, SQL Server, Oracle) within Agile or SAFe frameworks.
    • Hands-on experience with SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, ART sync, Inspect & Adapt) and Agile metrics.
    • Understanding of modern application architectures (microservices, APIs), relational databases, and CI/CD practices.
    • Strong ability to influence across Product, Engineering, and Risk; executive-ready communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Agile lifecycle tools (e.g., Jira, Rally) and project reporting dashboards.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience supporting enterprise level initiatives within financial services or similarly regulated environments.
    • Experience partnering in Agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.
    • PMP, PMIACP, or other relevant certifications.
    • Familiarity with cloud migration and modernization strategies.
    • Exposure to Rally, Clarity, or similar portfolio management platforms.
    • Familiarity with data driven, analytics, or technology enabled initiatives.
    • Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI concepts, is a plus.

    In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
