Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Technical Program manager for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate with expertise is leading Customer Master Data (MDM) migration programs, driving governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance across complex enterprise environments.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $58/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Sr. Technical Program manager Job Responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end Customer Master Data (MDM) migration programs, ensuring secure, accurate, and timely migration of data across legacy and target systems.

  • Develop and execute migration strategies, governance frameworks, cutover plans, validation processes, and stakeholder communication plans.

  • Establish and monitor data quality controls, including source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, exception management, and audit evidence documentation.

  • Collaborate with business, technology, audit, compliance, and data management teams to ensure SOX controls and regulatory requirements are met throughout the migration lifecycle.

  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes while driving timely resolution and minimizing business disruption.

  • Provide executive-level reporting, track program performance, and ensure adherence to data governance, access control, segregation of duties, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 8-10 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Data Migration, Master Data Management (MDM), or large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

  • Strong experience leading Customer Master Data migration initiatives, including data mapping, reconciliation, validation, governance, and cutover planning.

  • Hands-on expertise in SOX compliance and controls, including audit readiness, change management, segregation of duties, access controls, and regulatory documentation requirements.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $58.00 per hour
