    Description

    At eero we make world class products for our customers to enjoy. Behind those world class products are the partners who bring eero into homes and businesses; ISP and MSP partners who deploy, support, and scale eero solutions for their subscribers. We're looking for a Sr. Technical Enablement Lead to join our team, who will own the technical enablement strategy for eero's ISP and MSP partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate is obsessed with partner success, forward-thinking with creativity, and passionate about building scalable programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Define, develop, and maintain technical enablement playbooks for ISP and MSP partners, ensuring content is current, actionable, and aligned to partner maturity stages
    • Design and deliver preboarding and onboarding programs that drive measurable business impact, including partner activation rates, time-to-first-deployment, and subscriber satisfaction
    • Build and manage hypercare programs that provide elevated support during critical partner milestones, reducing churn and accelerating partner self-sufficiency
    • Leverage AI tools and automation to drive scalable program strategy, including content personalization, learning path optimization, and predictive partner health insights
    • Partner deeply with marketing, product, engineering, and customer experience teams to ensure enablement programs reflect the latest product capabilities, go-to-market strategies, and customer insights
    • Develop success metrics and reporting frameworks to track program effectiveness, partner proficiency, and business outcomes across the partner lifecycle
    • Identify and prioritize program gaps through data analysis, partner feedback, and cross-functional input, continuously iterating
    • Create enablement content that supports multiple modalities, including virtual, in-person, and self-directed learning experiences tailored to partner needs
    • Contribute to the strategic roadmap for partner enablement, ensuring scalability across regions and partner segments
    • Represent partner feedback and program insights to internal stakeholders and advocate for product, process, and tooling improvements that enhance the partner experience
    • Model all content with accessibility as a primary tenant and reinforce inclusive methods across all partner-facing materials
    • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally (<15%)

    As a Sr. Technical Enablement Lead for eero, you'll work closely with cross-functional partners throughout the business to define, build, and scale enablement programs that accelerate partner time-to-value. You'll develop and maintain technical playbooks, design onboarding experiences that drive measurable impact, and build hypercare programs that ensure sustained partner success. You'll leverage AI to create scalable, data-driven program strategies and partner deeply with marketing, product, engineering, and customer experience teams to ensure alignment across the partner lifecycle.
