Rate: $58k- 72k/base

We are seeking a Technical Community Engagement Specialist to support global technology initiatives and foster collaboration across industry stakeholders, technical communities, and internal teams. This role combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, communications, and event participation in a fast-paced international environment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and coordinate technical engagement initiatives and strategic programs.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders, industry groups, and technical communities.
• Develop presentations, reports, articles, and communication materials.
• Manage cross-functional projects and track deliverables.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and events.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and support collaboration across teams.
• Identify opportunities to increase visibility, partnerships, and community engagement.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience working across international and multicultural teams.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 40%.
