Sr Technical Business Analyst Data & Treasury

Salary is 140k to 180k + bonus Serve as a Senior Technical Business Analyst with strong knowledge of databases and data structures, preferably with Snowflake experience, using that understanding to gather, analyze, and document detailed data requirements. Support data analysis, testing, reconciliation, and validation by working with SQL queries and database outputs as needed; hands-on database development is not required.

• Serve as a Senior Technical Business Analyst with strong knowledge of databases and data structures, preferably with Snowflake experience, using that understanding to gather, analyze, and document detailed data requirements.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand data needs, business rules, data relationships, and requirements across Treasury, Accounting, or other financial systems.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, data mappings, source-to-target specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Understand database structures, tables, relationships, data flows, and integrations well enough to effectively communicate requirements to Data Engineers, Developers, and Architects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to analyze data issues, clarify requirements, validate business rules, and ensure solutions align with business and data requirements.
• Support data analysis, testing, reconciliation, and validation by working with SQL queries and database outputs as needed; hands-on database development is not required.
• Apply Treasury or Accounting domain knowledge to understand financial data, transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and downstream impacts across enterprise applications.
