Sr Tech Field Engineer

Job Title: Sr. Tech Field Engineer – Desktop/Laptop Support
Location: Bedford Heights, OH (Metro Area)
Duration: 12 months

Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Field Engineer to provide on-site laptop and desktop repair services across the metro area. This role requires reliable transportation and the ability to complete service requests in real time.

Responsibilities:

• Perform break-fix repairs on laptops and desktops (hard drives, motherboards, keyboards).

• Conduct unit swaps and repair/replace PC peripherals.

• Close service tickets in the call management system using a company-provided phone.

• Travel across the metro area to complete assigned service requests.

• Collaborate with technical colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills & Experience:

• Must have own reliable car and insurance.

• 1+ years of hands-on laptop/desktop repair experience.

• Computer-building background preferred.

• General knowledge of PC hardware/software and Microsoft applications.

• Ability to resolve basic technical issues independently.

• Must be able to pass background and client clearance checks.
