    Sr. Tableau Developer Position Description

    We are seeking a Sr. Tableau Developer to join our team. The selected candidate will work a hybrid schedule consisting of three (3) days each week onsite in Trenton, NJ and two (2) days each week remotely.

    Job Description:
    We are looking for a Sr. Tableau Developer to design, develop, and deploy robust Tableau dashboards and reports that align with business requirements and provide actionable insights.

    What You ll Do:
    • Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements
    • Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Tableau dashboards and reports that align with business requirements and provide actionable insights
    • Research and recommend innovative BI solutions and visualization methods to improve the project's data-driven decision-making process
    • Evaluate predictive analytics models to forecast future scenarios and inform strategic planning
    • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, understandable presentations
    • Ensure data quality and integrity in dashboards and reports
    • Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on how to use BI tools and dashboards effectively
    • Continually refine and iterate BI strategy based on evolving project needs

    What You'll Need:
    Required:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
    • Tableau dashboard design & development 7 years
    • Data visualization & storytelling 7 years
    • Business requirements gathering 7 years
    • Data analysis & interpretation 7 years
    • Experience integrating with Salesforce 3 years
    • Business intelligence (BI) solutions 7 years
    • Experience integrating with cloud data warehousing tools, such as Snowflake 5 years
    • Experience with Tableau Online 3 years
    Preferred:
    • Predictive analytics & forecasting models 7 years
    • ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes 7 years
    • Data warehousing concepts 5 years
    • Familiarity with Sigma Computing 1 year

    Physical Demands :
    • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
    • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
    • Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person
    • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationery most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
