    Senior Network Engineer
    This role supports the stability, performance, and security of enterprise and data center network infrastructure. The position is responsible for managing Cisco-based networking environments including Cisco Catalyst and Nexus platforms, wireless networks, Client, and IPS, while ensuring high availability, security compliance, and continuous operations.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Design, implement, and maintain internal and external network infrastructure supporting critical business applications.
    • Support day-to-day network operations and ongoing initiatives, including routing and switching troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and operational support.
    • Develop and implement new network designs and improvements to enhance performance, resiliency, and scalability.
    • Plan and execute network upgrades in collaboration with internal teams.
    • Proactively monitor and analyze network health using enterprise monitoring and management platforms.
    • Participate in cloud migration and hybrid network initiatives.
    • Ensure network availability, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting enterprise grade routers and switches in large data center environments.
    • Expert-level knowledge of BGP and OSPF, including traffic engineering, route optimization, and failover design.
    • Strong expertise in TCP/IP troubleshooting and packet analysis.
    • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting:
      • BGP, OSPF, and STP on Cisco NX-OS and IOS-XE platforms
      • Cisco Nexus (9K, 7K) and Catalyst switches and routers
    • Proven experience designing, planning, testing, implementing, and troubleshooting large-scale data center networks.
    • Experience with network management and monitoring tools, such as SolarWinds and Cisco Catalyst Center.
    • Experience with cloud networking and hybrid network architectures.
    Candidates should be able to clearly articulate and provide examples of:
    • Designing and implementing BGP and/or OSPF routing architectures
    • Troubleshooting complex routing issues in production environments
    • Supporting or leading data center network deployments or migrations
    • Real-world scenarios involving failover, convergence, and traffic optimization
